By accessing or using RestaurantX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RestaurantX provides a platform for restaurant owners to create, manage, and share digital menus. The Service includes menu creation tools, AI-powered menu import, QR code generation, and community features.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to RestaurantX (menu items, photos, restaurant information). By uploading content, you grant RestaurantX a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service.

6. Community Guidelines

When using community features (forums, direct messages), you agree to treat others with respect. RestaurantX reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate community standards.

7. Service Availability

RestaurantX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestaurantX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export or deletion of your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
